All i-Type cameras come with a rechargeable battery, so unlike the Polaroid Color 600 film, this film doesn't include a battery. And because Now cameras have their own rechargeable batteries, Polaroid doesn’t have to put one in the film. I’ve been shooting 600 film a while now but bought a new Polaroid camera and thought would give the i type film a whirl. If you think every single pack of Polaroid film containing its very own disposable battery seems wasteful and expensive… well… you’re right.

Definitely recommend this film, but know what you're getting into so you don't get disappointed when your results aren't perfect!
