in-1 Functionality - As mentioned above, De'Longhi Pinguino PACEX120 is a 3-in-1 air conditioner, dehumidifier and fan. It can be used all year around, whether as an air conditioner in the blistering hot summer, a dehumidifier in the cold and wet winter, or a fan in the more moderate spring/autumn. It's suitable for rooms up to 110 cubic metres in size, including kitchens, bedrooms, living rooms, dining rooms, pet rooms, home offices, garages, conservatories, etc. With extreme weather becoming more and more common thanks to the the climate crisis, heatwaves are now a standard fixture of the British summer. The Delonghi Pinguino PAC EX120 offers silent operation and it features three modes – air conditioning, dehumidification and fan only. Occasionally, it went into anti-freeze mode to stop frost from building up in the machine – this meant the AC would temporarily switch off while the fan remained on, so while I could sleep through silent mode no problem, this slight change of noise disturbed my sleep once or twice.
